We accept refunds within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged PRIOR to shipping

  • You received the incorrect item

 

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders are NOT subject to cancellations after 12 hours of ordering

  • Chargebacks:

    • Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of outcome. JBplates.com reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment.
